We have about 8-9" here with a very cold wind. Going to be around 5 in the morning with the cold lasting several days, and more snow Sunday...maybe. It's all good except for the *&$#@! people driving around with a 10" portal cleared in front of the steering wheel and nothing else! What is wrong with these folks? Conditions are already hazardous without trying to drive by feel.

RW,

I'll never understand why when snow/ice flurries are forcasted for here, people rush to the store to stock up like they will be trapped in the house for a month. Its insane!

And then they buy bread, eggs, milk, you know, the essentials if you're need food that will stay fresh for an extended period of time  :laugh5:

It was 7 degrees on my way to work tonight :(

Being a Michigan resident for nearly 60 years and working outdoors I have an idea of what cold, snow and ice is.  NO MAS ever again, gets below 70 here and I put on long underwear, ice is something I put into a beverage.

Its is chilly here today. Where I live 52 is chilly. Lol. It was almost 80 degrees yesterday. We have the weirdest weather though. Its like pants and long sleeve shirt one day, light jacket the next, heavier jacket the next, and then shorts and t-shirts for a week. Rinse and repeat. I was planning to go to a little pond today,I hope this change hasn't given the fish lock jaw.
