Anyone have any good recommendations for a double duty rod? I picked up a 3 wire alabama rig, and I recently started fishing frogs a little more. I wont be fishing each a whole lot, so Im looking for a rod that will serve the purpose for both. I would like to stay under $150. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you can deal with the length the St Croix swimbait rod will be an excellent choice I frog, flip and pitch A-rig and other various techniques that need a long rod and heavy action. You can get it brand new for about a 130 probably cheaper on the TW Black Friday sale

Are you referring to the Mojo swimbait rod?

I generally use my heavy cover flipping stick for both - triple duty!

Powell 795 A Rig rod is a good dual purpose rod.  I think it's actually better for the frog than the Rig though.  The 775 endurance is a much better A rig rod.

I got a 7'9" Fenwick AETOS Heavy action rod that works great for both those techniques.
