So I recently checked out a #livingston dm 14 moneygill pattern I fished it twice caught one bass so far but its a great lure have great hooks (mustad) dives up to 14 ft medium diver but what have brought me to this lure is the electronic bait fish sound (ebs) runs true out of packaging and not very pricey

I'm curious about this.  I looked up the Livingston Lure and listened to the sound it makes (?).  I don't really know what a feeding fish sounds like.

The lure costs $11.99.  A HydroWave  kit costs $389.99.

If the sound the lure makes will entice fish to strike, can I take the hooks off, toss it in the water and then fish around it with cheaper lures?

Any other experiences with Livingston Lures?  They seem to be the new, popular brand in crankbaits and jerkbaits.  Curious to hear everyone's experiences with them.

I'm not 100% sold yet, but the quality seems to be great. I've got 5 total baits and Ise them a lot. I haven't noticed a huge increase in bites over a non electronic bait, but I haven't fished them a bunch either. I think if they would drop the price about 4 bucks they would sell much faster.
