IM REALLY LOOKING FOWARD TO THESE NEW RODS ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY ARE GOING FOR $99. I HAD SOME BUDS AT BASS PRO SAY DUCKETTS SOMETIMES SUCK FOR QUALITY REASONS. ANYONE KNOW THE MAIN DIFFERENCES THAT MAKE THE ROD CHEAPER THEN THE MICRO MAGIC?? LOOKS LIKE BOYD WAS USING A REEL IN HIS LATEST VIDEO MAYBE THATS ONE COMING OUT SOON ON HIS DUCKETT FISHING COMPANY

I think the Micro Magic are the quality better rod.

I think the ghost rod are target to the people who are less fortunately and still want to have a good fishing rod.

yea idk why people complain when i type like that. dont bother me but they say it hurts their eyes. lol. anyway i guess i have to buy a micro magic and a duckett to be able to tell the difference. cant wait for them to drop at bps

It definitely is easier on the eyes without solid capital letters.

I'd be interested in a new rod for $99. Market is flooded with them but what good is that if most of those aren't anything I'd buy? Another selection can't hurt a thing.

For anyone to put their name on a specific product then you know they want their product to be the best in its class.

Duckett Micro Magics are my favorite rod in the world so Im pretty excited for the ghost rods as well. But thats the only difference i can remember is that they have insertless micro guides.

Agreed, with both parts, lol.

It's a good thing the market is flooded. For a long time a lot of anglers wanted a good rod at a $100 price tag.

You guys should look uo Hammer Rods, I got rid of all my duckett's and went to these. The only problem I ever had with Duckett's is I broke 2 during hook set, got one of those fish in, the second time it cost me a major tournament victory. Been fishing Hammer for three years and have yet to break one, if I did they replace them for a small fee, Duckett did nothing when I broke either rod. Just my .02 cents

I really haven't heard any problems with their quality. I actually have heard the opposite. All the guys at my BP, push them hard along with Shimano's and House brands
