Yes, that motor doesn't have the soft start feature and the GO button is on the wrong side of the foot pedal, LOL.

Good motor though, I don't like them.

 

Additionally you took some of the power away from the Motor Guide with the Safari prop.

Yep, but I could not fish for two minutes without having to pull the motor and clear the prop with the standard 3 blade power prop.
