NateFollmer Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 Congrats Catt! And Congrats Bobby on adding the 1/2 oz Seemed to be a lot of demand for it! Quote
Super User SPEEDBEAD. Posted September 21, 2010 Super User Posted September 21, 2010 LOL, awesome. Let the haters hate, Bobby. Quote
Josh Bassman Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 Lucky man! I saw them on your website yesterday. They look good. I was browsing your site for shakey heads. I'm going to get some 1/8 Pro Series Shak-E2 Head . Those shakey heads look great. My fishing partner thinks sp*t rem*vers are great standup heads... he'll be impressed with the Shak-E2's. Quote
rubba bubba Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 Catt sprained his wrist typing his fish catch/size/count list; he said I could try out the buzzbait in the interim. (Can someone spray a little WD40 on Bobby's caps-lock key? It seems to stick a lot) Quote

Super User Sam Posted September 21, 2010 Super User Posted September 21, 2010 We will expect a report from Catt upon the receipt and use of the new bait. Need to know what reel, rod, line and technique he used. Quote
Bobby Uhrig Posted September 22, 2010 Author Posted September 22, 2010 We will receive input from many anglers. What some like -others wont and vise verse - everyone has personal preferences. My job here is to design lures that CATTCH fish. To produce or build confidence every time the angler goes to use my products knowing that it has potential to catch numerous fish or that fish of a life time.. Quote
Big Tom Posted September 22, 2010 Posted September 22, 2010 Haha. I am glad this is finally going to be an option. Thanks Bobby. Quote
Super User Catt Posted September 22, 2010 Super User Posted September 22, 2010 Absolutely, positively, perfect timing Toledo Bend's lake level is being dropped 7-8' coupled with falling water temperatures and the top water bite on cloudy days has greatly increased. Quote
Super User roadwarrior Posted September 22, 2010 Super User Posted September 22, 2010 I'm sure our guys will be among the first on board. The 1/2 oz Cavitron will be a big hit. Thank you! 8-) Quote
Bobby Uhrig Posted September 23, 2010 Author Posted September 23, 2010 OK OK enough of the moony moony tootsie tootsie crap- You guys are going to ruin my reputation. Where the hell is dozer. he's supposed to give me some cliff diving lessons. Quote
Super User flechero Posted September 23, 2010 Super User Posted September 23, 2010 If it wasn't Catt, I'd cry foul. ...lol Is there an eta on production or a release date set? Quote
rubba bubba Posted September 23, 2010 Posted September 23, 2010 Remember Bobby's new plastics thread and subsequent decade long wait until they were available? Assuredly that will feel like a rush job compared to when we actually see the 1/2 oz BB. Quote
Bobby Uhrig Posted September 24, 2010 Author Posted September 24, 2010 I can have them in 2-3 weeks- I can have more samples in a week. About the plastics- I hate when my fate depends on others -I am just a number to those companies.I couldnt believe how long that took. Then again good things come to those who wait. Ah BS to that Quote
SmokeRise1 Posted September 24, 2010 Posted September 24, 2010 don't bash me, but... what is the advantage of a 1/2oz model over a 3/8oz? Quote
Super User SPEEDBEAD. Posted September 24, 2010 Super User Posted September 24, 2010 don't bash me, but... what is the advantage of a 1/2oz model over a 3/8oz? No bashing at all. I like 1/2oz for casting purposes, especially in the wind. Windy conditions are one time when buzzbaits really shine for me. Quote
Super User Catt Posted September 24, 2010 Super User Posted September 24, 2010 don't bash me, but... what is the advantage of a 1/2oz model over a 3/8oz? Blade is bigger which creates move distrubance Quote
Super User A-Jay Posted September 24, 2010 Super User Posted September 24, 2010 OK OK enough of the moony moony tootsie tootsie crap- You guys are going to ruin my reputation. Where the hell is dozer. he's supposed to give me some cliff diving lessons. He went sight seeing - here . . . . (It's from another thread - I couldn't help it) Quote
