I played for the first time yesterday and besides for fishing that's some of the most fun I've ever had. It was really fun because it was four hours of private play time with just 9 of my friends. I use to think it was kind of weird, but really it's just grown up nerf. But am I sore today. Just about a dozen golf ball sized welts. The funny thing is that you don't really feel it while you play because you don't think about it. I think I've found a new hobby.

Nope and no plans to play.

After playing paint ball for real with live rifles and bullets in the late 60s I gave up shooting at other people.

And any sport that you have to wear a mask and a cup is not on my "things I have to do" checklist anymore.

Just don't get hit in your hands so you don't mess up your fishing techniques.

Have fun.

I played once way back in the day when it first showed up. I think they were still using lead based paint at the time  :wink2: Running around in the woods while getting shot in the face is not my idea of a good time.

Funny story though: One of my friends was training to be a police officer at the time. When shot between the eyes at some distance by another friend who shot from the hip at a dead run, he decide maybe he was not cut out to be a policeman. It was one of the funniest things I've ever seen, once we determined he was not seriously hurt. He went down like he had been hit with a brick. :laugh5: It still makes me smile..

Did you play woods ball or speedball?

I played for 11 years made it all the way to the pros played in some NPPL, Xball, WXL, and NPL leagues. It was a blast I would love to get back on a team especially since Rhythm is back and building the strongest team ever. How ever its expensive even when fully sponsored and all you have to pay for is practice paint which we got at field cost of $30 a case of 2000.

Always liked playing woods ball. Also enjoyed playing in abandoned buildings and indoor setups. Nevef could get into playing with all the inflateable stuff.
