Super User Felix77 Posted October 21, 2013 Super User Posted October 21, 2013 Can't go wrong with a white swimbait of some sort. Reaction Innovations little dipper or skinny dipper will word. The Havoc subwoofer would work too. The Havoc beat shad if it's a finesse (smaller) swimjig. Quote

Lip 'em! Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 A pearl or salt N pepper zoom fat albert grub has worked well for me. Quote

Snakehead Whisperer Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 I like the 4" zoom tab tail grubs. I like using white w/blue fleck, chartreuse or pearl on white jigs. Quote
Super User Montanaro Posted October 22, 2013 Super User Posted October 22, 2013 swimsenkos are great imo Quote
Super User smalljaw67 Posted October 22, 2013 Super User Posted October 22, 2013 I'd go with a white trailer for an all white swim jig, if there was another color in it say a whaite and chartreuse with white being the majority then I would use a chartreuse trailer to add contrast especially if fishing in stained water. For the type of trailer I really like the small swim baits, I wasn't sure about using them until I saw others using it and so I gave it a try and I'm convinced it is the best presentation. On a 1/4oz swim jig which is what I use most, I like a 3.5" to 4" swim bait, my favorite being the River Rock RR Striker but I also like the Gene Larew sweet swimmer as well as the Keitech easy shiner.
