Hey guys just got back from my "secret pond" and had a decent morning with the new hudd! Started off the morning with a couple strikes but no hookups. That is the only problem with this bait.... After about 30 min stuck a 4lber along a rocky point, would've been a 6 if he was fat. But, she absolutely inhaled it! I also got to watch a 15 inch bass come up and absolutely crush my hudd in crystal clear water! I learned a lot about swimbaits today!post-39567-0-32450500-1382281263_thumb.j

Based on your experience and the other posts about "hudd" I just purchased a 6" trout and the 4" weedless, lol. Good luck man and nice fish!

Nice fish! I'm always amazed how small of a bass will eat those things. One of the first bass I caught on the weedless 6" was barely a 15" fish.
