Super User iabass8 Posted October 15, 2013 Super User Posted October 15, 2013 Tackle Ware .House Bass Tackle Depot Cabelas Gander Mountain Dick's We don't have much for mom and pop shops but whenever i've in the area 30 minutes north of me, i stop by a local shop that has the nicest old woman running it day in and day out. Hutch's Tackle. I don't order from him though. I always go to his house when i'm near cabelas in prarie du chien. Quote
JellyMan Posted October 16, 2013 Posted October 16, 2013 When I lived in Orladno, it was BPS all the time. They always had everything I needed. Now that I'm in Gainesville for the time being. I get stuff from all over the place and what I cant find, I get from Tackle Warehouse. BPS is my go to and when that isn't available, I order from TW. I use the same stuff on a regular basis and more that half of it, I cant find here in Gainesville or Ocala. Quote
Super User bigbill Posted October 16, 2013 Super User Posted October 16, 2013 I like to spread the wealth besides the bigger stores the local mom/pop bait shops have to eat too. The mom/pop shop has Mark downs on older lures which I give to the kids. Dicks Sporting Goods locally too besides Wal-Mart. REMEMBER TO "shop at our sponcers here first" for without them supporting us we would not be here. My online places are; Bass Pro Shops Siebert Outdoors (custom quality jigs) Tackle Warehouse (rods)+ Fish and Save (very affordable rods n reels) EBay (reels n rods n lures) one must be careful it can be sleezebay sometimes. Read the descriptions carefully and read them three times. Overstockedbait n tackle. (Line, pike n bass lures) Buyfishingstuff (okuma reels and tackle) Vimage Outdoors (lures n plastics) Fishing tackle outlet. (lures/plastics) Brannans bass shop Texas. (Lures n accessories) if these guys where locally I'd be broke, these people fish too. Remember to keep fishing affordable and still enjoyable too. At one point in my life I ate P&J sandwiches for lunch and a $0.25 cent can of soda so I saved $$ to buy fishing tackle and I was grateful. I got to fish. I still take P&J sandwiches fishing today. mikeeasttn Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 I buy my swimbaits from the makers of the baits and most of the rest is from Tackle Warehouse or Caleblas. I try to buy locally when I can but most of the time they do not have what I need or want. 1 Quote

Super User CWB Posted October 18, 2013 Super User Posted October 18, 2013 Tackle Warehouse, Tackle Warehouse, and Tackle Warehouse. Best selection period. Do some surfing. Academy has some good sales and Cabelas too. I usually make a trip to BPS Spring Classic. Overstock Bait and Tackle sometimes has some good deals. Recently got a bunch of Rage baits for $1.99 and Senkos for $2.99. Google what you are looking for. This led me to Academy's sale on Xcalibur Oneknockers recently. Quote
