Super User K_Mac Posted October 12, 2013 Super User Posted October 12, 2013 That was the second of two great baseball games! I love this time of year!! Go Cards!!! Quote
Super User Dwight Hottle Posted October 13, 2013 Super User Posted October 13, 2013 Well LA is down two already. And the Tigers/Sox game is like a national league game thru 5 innings. I'm thinking it's going to be the Cardinals and Detroit. I like Boston but Detroit has the best pitching. Quote

Super User flyfisher Posted October 13, 2013 Super User Posted October 13, 2013 History in the making here if Detroit can continue.....Not many no-hitters thrown in the post season. I think only two in history and neither were of the multi pitcher variety. Quote
Super User A-Jay Posted October 13, 2013 Super User Posted October 13, 2013 Not a No-hitter but still a good win for the Tigers - This is going to be a very good series ~ A-Jay Quote
Super User Grizzn N Bassin Posted October 13, 2013 Author Super User Posted October 13, 2013 Great games yesterday.. I love this time of year Quote
Super User Dwight Hottle Posted October 14, 2013 Super User Posted October 14, 2013 Heck of a game between Boston & Detroit. 2 Quote
Super User A-Jay Posted October 14, 2013 Super User Posted October 14, 2013 ALCS - Game 2. Red Sox Nation is Very Happy with a Walk-Off Win. David Ortiz Is Clutch ~ Again. His Legacy in Beantown just keeps growing. A-Jay 1 Quote
Super User K_Mac Posted October 14, 2013 Super User Posted October 14, 2013 Congrats on the big win AJay, and Red Sox nation. That was quite a game last night. Between the Red Sox and the Patriots you Boston fans had a remarkable day! Quote
Super User Grizzn N Bassin Posted October 14, 2013 Author Super User Posted October 14, 2013 yeah that was awesome.............. david Ortiz is the man! that was crazy Scherzer he threw an awesome game and did his job. cant do much more than that.. Quote
Super User jbsoonerfan Posted October 14, 2013 Super User Posted October 14, 2013 Leyland out coached himself. Of course, you would think the pen could hold a 4 run lead, but the Tigers pen has been aweful all year. I would be ticked if I was MS or any other Det starter. 1 Quote
Super User Grizzn N Bassin Posted October 14, 2013 Author Super User Posted October 14, 2013 absolutely 4 runs in postseason is huge. but it's baseball anything can happen.. i wish he had a little bit more left in the tank.. im sure he did but you cant push over a long season , save some bullets in the arm for the world series! Quote
Super User Grizzn N Bassin Posted October 15, 2013 Author Super User Posted October 15, 2013 What game going on right now!!! Anybody else watching? Quote
Super User Grizzn N Bassin Posted October 16, 2013 Author Super User Posted October 16, 2013 Holiday dropped a bomb!!!!!! Quote
Fishwhittler Posted October 16, 2013 Posted October 16, 2013 Cardinals one game away from a World Series berth. Lynn was a bit shaky at times, but at least the damage was minimal. Hope Kelly can shut down the Dodgers in game 5. Boston's pitchers hurled a gem tonight, and so did Verlander though he got the loss. Lots of great pitching duels this postseason. 2 Quote
Super User Grizzn N Bassin Posted October 16, 2013 Author Super User Posted October 16, 2013 Oh pitching duels for sure i love them..... I have high hope for kellys i cant watch it right now im in schooll!! but its 2-1 dodgers im getting updates now... Quote
Super User Grizzn N Bassin Posted October 17, 2013 Author Super User Posted October 17, 2013 whos winning tonight? IM going with the tigers... its going to be an awesome game.. Quote
Super User jbsoonerfan Posted October 18, 2013 Super User Posted October 18, 2013 I may be faster than Cabrera 1 Quote
Super User Grizzn N Bassin Posted October 18, 2013 Author Super User Posted October 18, 2013 haha he is so slow!! I mean he didn't hold on a ball hit in front him he saw it thru while it was running, I mean at least make it close.. He was out when he started running if there was a throw to 3rd I think it would've been close.. he better hit a bomb! Quote
Super User A-Jay Posted October 19, 2013 Super User Posted October 19, 2013 ALCS Game 6 - Pitching Match ups - Mr. Bi-Eye, Max Scherzer is going for Detroit. Boston responds with The Zombie, Clay Buchhloz. Should be a good one. A-Jay Quote
Super User Dwight Hottle Posted October 20, 2013 Super User Posted October 20, 2013 I predict tigers win this one but Boston wins the last game to advance. Quote
Super User Grizzn N Bassin Posted October 20, 2013 Author Super User Posted October 20, 2013 Its going to be close great game tonight! But I'm watching the Indy race championship too.. as I can see another great pitching duel Quote

Super User flyfisher Posted October 20, 2013 Super User Posted October 20, 2013 Victorino has a habit of coming up big in these situations.....i was at the game where he hit his other post season grand slam against the brewers in 2008. To bad he can't grow a beard..... Quote
