mkfriedrich Posted October 9, 2013 Posted October 9, 2013 I need some opinions. San Diego offers some of the best weather in the country, however its that time of the year when a little bit of rain falls upon us. So Im hitting a local lake tomorrow, being Lake Murray. When I usually start fishing early am my first bait is the frog. Second the senko , then the fluke, sweet beav, etc etc. Tomorrow's forcast is high 67, partly cloudy, Winds ssw 5to10. So my question is should i start off throwing the frog? I just got my new powell and Im anxious to get a bend on it. Thanks guys and gals. Quote
Super User WRB Posted October 9, 2013 Super User Posted October 9, 2013 If you want to fish a frog, go for it. Might want to consider a white or white/chartreuse color frog that mimics threadfin shad in the bushes. Tom Quote
