Jon G Posted October 6, 2013 Posted October 6, 2013 So my sister and her 2 little kids came over to see the new house my parents and i moved to and her kids started to mess with my rods when i wasnt around. Well long story short they ended breaking my 6'6 BPS Bionic blade by an inch or two and then "removed the evidence"(flushing the part down the toliet.) But hey im not mad i was actually laughing pretty hard my only concern now is how can I fix it so if anybody has any ideas that would help me a ton. I have provided links with the pictures if that may help. http://www.shutterfly.com/lightbox/view.sfly?fid=8d2591140bc6712dd33ce936de45106 Quote
JeziHogg Posted October 6, 2013 Posted October 6, 2013 If you have an old rod you can take the tip top off of, heat it up with a lighter and take it off. Get some epoxy and put it back onto your rod you want to fix. Quote
Delaware Valley Tackle Posted October 7, 2013 Posted October 7, 2013 The shortened tip will likely raise the low end of the lure weight rating but should fish ok with a new tip top installed. Quote
