Super User rockchalk06 Posted October 6, 2013 Super User Posted October 6, 2013 Anyone ever use this color with success in stained water? Quote
Super User Dwight Hottle Posted October 6, 2013 Super User Posted October 6, 2013 I have tried all of the crack series colors and have not been rewarded as of yet. 1 Quote

I won an action for one in Crack Blue new for 11 dollars and the seller has offered the crack black for 10 bucks more. Also new. Quote
Cgrinder Posted October 6, 2013 Posted October 6, 2013 Could be worth a shot. Chart/black back is very popular with squarebills. Quote
Super User Hooligan Posted October 6, 2013 Super User Posted October 6, 2013 Meh... I'm not a fan of the "crack" colors in the Pointer, really. The only one I really like is the T-Rock. I don't see the finish and the scaling is much advantage. Sure they're nice colors and they have some good quality paint schemes but it that dramatic a difference. I've caught fish on them, but no more than the regular colors. Quote
Super User rockchalk06 Posted October 6, 2013 Author Super User Posted October 6, 2013 Thanks H. I'll just stick with the chartruse blue one I won for now. Quote
Super User A-Jay Posted October 6, 2013 Super User Posted October 6, 2013 The White flash has been very good for me. Very big Brown and Green bass have fallen to it's Mystical powers. A-Jay 1 Quote

I have it in the 97MR Slender Pointer and it's chewed up beyond recognition. I've gone through several sets of hooks on it and it just keeps on catching! I've had good success with the Crack color in stained water but don't have the crack black. My buddy has one and catches lots of fish on it though in the 78 pointer. 1 Quote

Super User Jrob78 Posted October 7, 2013 Super User Posted October 7, 2013 I like the Aurora Black color better than the Crack colors for jerkbaits. I do like the Crack patterns on sq bills though. Quote
