So the guy I'm assuming got arrested for fleeing and eluding and obstruction so his buddy wouldn't get a ticket?? 

 

the game warden would have no way of actually knowing the guys buddy didnt have a license.

I always buy a home state license but ill be honest if it was for an hour or two for one day i probably wouldt. not to be cheap but just too much of an inconvienence

In NY, DEC Econ and Police are spread thin.  This means the likelihood of getting caught is low....but on the flip side, if you do get caught, they nail you to the wall.

How inconvenient would this scenario be? $200 fine + misdemeanor on your record in NC.

I disagree about it being a measure of a mans character, everyone has moments of weaknesses. And if it wasnt for people breaking the law we would still being paying taxes to England.
