Wow! we were talking about Daiwa reels on Sat, on how $$ they are. You kept that one on the down low pretty good. Either way, enjoy!!

The price for this reel isnt that bad. It retails for $200, and I got it for $160.

U shoulda tried the pflueger patriarch caster :P ...that looks like a thing of beeeeeauty. Lol. What can I sayI like blue better than red :D....Just had to give a little ribbing there lol But seriously the new tatulas look nice, especially the type r. Their price is definitely right, south of 200, but I really like the look of the rods, they are saaaawweeeet.

I'll be down in broward this weekend fishing from 7 to about 5 on Saturday. All my gym workouts this week will be tailored around viscous hooksets using explosive compound movements. I plan to pull lunkers straight out of the water onto the shore in one sweep. Bass, peas, snakes, snook, tarpon, shark, manatee, sunken ships... Nothing is exempt! Its about to get mo' seriouser, Rod warranties may come into play this weekend!

Man, I know yall down south are hoping cooler temps spur them on but I am afraid it is gonna be too cold up here. They are talking 45 as the low. Rigging up my DB minnow, wish I had the color I want but it will do. Action again this morning was saaaalllloooooooow. Not much bait chaisng last two outings. On miss near a culvert and about 10 minutes later it BLEW UP on something. buddy landed a little guy on a trick worm. He did say he had a decent afternoon the other day monday or tuesday. Can't wait for the time change, get me an hour of day light!

Nice work man, glad to see you stuck out your tough month or two now you got a solid top 10 eyed up this comp. It is funny though to see, you had a rough summer, and I did ok. Now the roles are reversed. Each angler has their own strengths and at some point in the year they will shine. Mine just ain't Sept or Oct. LOL

Well I got a email from my buddy said he landed an 18"er as I was walking to my car, got a couple 15-16" and then landed the biggest, a 4 pounder at around 7:45. all on shim-e sticks...green pumpkin red flake. Man the Clock roll back cannot come soon enough, maybe then I can put up some stats in Nov.
