I doubt that even if this location is found that anyone of us can just walk up to it and fish it. It's probably out in the middle of no where for a reason.

Its in the cut but only reason why you cant get to it is cuz the land is all dug up

I doubt it, he probably did an order with Seibert outdoors. They have both been communicating a lot lately. It looks like Seibert has good stuff. Martin don't you have jigs from there.

No I didn't go to him. I will when I plan on getting some jigs he does have some good prices on his products.

I HATE BPS they are always more expensive than other places

You've seen the spot its open land all dug up there is no private owner lol.  And besides the only way to get to it is through the site I think, so if you were to get back any other way there is no way you would be seen. Only if they have private security patrolling the 20 acre dirt field lol.

Does anybody else see that we are the only Comp that actually talks to each other? I keep looking at them Yanks up North, and they all seem to be pretty Comp oriented. Thank God we got our stupid convo's to keep us occupied, and great videos to boot! LOL

MCS with all the work they did, or lack there of I don't see this being done anytime soon let alone next year like they anticipate.

I'd imagine a man made lake, weren't you saying like 12 acres, would take over a year a lone to get right, but what do I know.  Here in FL seems like they build things in the blink of an eye so who knows.  My obsession with this place is the boat rental factor, Ive been waiting for a place like that close to me here in FL

I've noticed this too that's what makes our comp better :) they post better fish though lol

Hey man I'm from NJ so I'm from that area the type of person up north and down south are like night and day.  Down here everyone is more friendly and accommodating. Up North in the NJ/NY area those words don't exist when describing most people, including myself til I came here.

You should see S FL. Its full of people from up North, especially the Snow Birds. (Oh God, they  will be here soon). Oh, and don't get me started on the Canadians! Jeebus! Us regular Southern Boys are a rare breed down here. Im originally a Kentucky boy, I have seen drastic changes down here in the past 20 years. I loved going back up there during the Summer to stay with my Grandparents. Screw the Summers down here, dirtbikes and trail riding, horses, big Blue Cats, frog gigging, hunting, and just being able to do anything I want and not get arrested for it. I miss it soo much. At least the Bass fishing is better down here. All the problem people don't make it on the water, so at least I can escape them one way, lol.

I think it is one of their rules "though shall not speak with thy enemy during competition"

That is why one year in VA with all the washingtonians and I said F that I am moving back to the south!....Winchester had its rednecks but for work and everything you had to put up with the high class and up tight city folks, a two hour commute, winter, and half them lived out in clark county anyway because it is so d**n expensive to live up there.

I have noticed that they are very competition oriented also. There numbers are lower this month I think. I have had private conversations with other individuals from BR, that wish they had the same competition in there state. I think we are on to something here.... but I think, the main denominator in our group is that we have embraced this simple competition for what it is; a fun, interactive, competition that is really just for bragging and to have a genuine good time. Our group is the past time for so many other people, that this has become their soap opera. Pretty cool.

I joined the comp this month not only because I like a good contest but also to hopefully learn and become a better angler. It had motivated me to go outside my comfort zone. I've enjoyed everyone's stories!

Yea I never fished frogs before until this competition came about. I saw what some people were catching and decided to try them out and never looked back since then.

I enjoy hearing everyones stories about how the caught em, how they lost or missed them, etc that's what makes our group fun.

ANother thing is a bunch of us have linked up from this site to fish together.

I've fished with 4 members from this site and plan on fishing with a few more in the future.  A guy PMed me that lives by my brother in Orlando and gave me his # to fish whenever I'm in Orlando.  He said he follows our competitions like Lou said its pretty cool seeing people who are not in our competition following along
