This thing is WAY cool!!!!!! Only had about 2 hours of light, but it was enough to know that this thing is awesome. The advanced auto pilot, sweet. Spot lock, sweet. Wireless remote, sweet. Next time out i'm going to record a track and try that function out. I definitely don't regret spending the money on this AWESOME trolling motor.

You'll find it's worth it's weight in gold the first time you have a 20+ mph wind in your face. I have had mine 2 years now and no complaints.

I've had it since it came out. 1 complaint. The buttons don't light up. I'm pretty good with navigating the keypad without looking but I've done some night fishing, and it sure would help.

Easier way to stow and deploy.  Not bad once you get used to it, but it is much easier to yank a cord and be done.  But I have yet to take mine off my boat!!!!

I loved my spot lock thats for sure! it was the most used feature for me.

that said I will not be moving the terrova to my new boat, the stow and deploy is just too much of a hassle.

I wouldn't think adding a rope style stow/deploy method would be that hard.

but for now I am going back to cable steer.........I am sure once the wind howls I will be changing my mind again, LOL

Welcome to the smart fishing.  :)  Just wait till you have more $$$ to spend on the I-Pilot Link.  Then you can fish contour line back and forth, or run circle in honey hole.
