Ok I only see a few decaded fisherwomen here posting. What about the rest of the women here? We need to hear your fishing reports too? Is there something different your doing to catch bass right now that you may want to share with everyone. Your part of this forum too. Post your reports.

God bless, bigbill

Congrats, nice bass.

I asked one time why the bass liked my blue rapala so much. I was told under certain lighting conditions along with the hues in the water that the blue will look Brown to the bass. Bill

Beautiful photo! Boat looks nice too! I went out yesterday and did something I'd heard about but never tried. I'd heard that an ika will fall away from you if you weight it right. Along the Androscoggin River there are pockets along the bank carved out by fast water during flood-times. I cast an ika in a few and pulled out a 3lb smallie and a 2lb 9oz one from that bank!

I never fish a Fat Ika with weight. The bait will fall away from you on its own

if you rig it tetacles forward (4/0 Gamakatsu Offset Worm Hook). Weightless,

the tentacles flutter up as the bait falls and are pushed back against the body

when you move it forward. The Fat Ika REALLY looks alive!
