Looking for a little help.  Fishing a tournament on the Clarion River.  We are launching at the Mill Creek Rd launch off of Strattanville(sp?) Road.  I fished it last year for almost 9 hours and didn't have a bite!  I was told if we go up river from the launch we can probably catch some smallmouth.  Anyone have any tips, tricks, advice, or anything to go on?

 

We will be there Sunday at 7am.
