I was just curious, do you really need to remove the shaft and bend it if you don't intend on using the balls?

Also, what is the best was to remove it?Needle nose pliers did'nt really seem to work too good.

no way !! they got baby ones now 2.5", bait monkey is calling me now, i have the bbz1 and tried it up here in quebec and no luck i find its just to big for the bass up here. i got to get my the perch color tons of perch up here. anyways sorry for stealing the thread.
