Super User iceintheveins Posted August 20, 2010 Super User Posted August 20, 2010 I found this new swim bait that has three different lips you can take on and off to change the running depth. It absolutely murdered the smallmouth bass in the Yampa River, caught several pike, and just mops up on the largemouth bass. I've never seen anything like this one. It's called the Khaos. http://dynamiclures.com/khaos.htm Quote
Super User roadwarrior Posted August 20, 2010 Super User Posted August 20, 2010 Well, if you get one post up a review. It looks hokey to me. Quote
Super User iceintheveins Posted August 20, 2010 Author Super User Posted August 20, 2010 Oh I found it at our local store and fished with it. We used all three lips in one day and the action is amazing. I don't know how many 3" - 7" smallies we had follow it in that were too little to take a bite of it. Quote
Super User Bassin_Fin@tic Posted August 20, 2010 Super User Posted August 20, 2010 Doesn't look to shabby to me. Quote
Super User iceintheveins Posted August 20, 2010 Author Super User Posted August 20, 2010 The HD trout even works on river smallies. I haven't fished the Dynamo but it looks amazing. Quote
Super User slonezp Posted August 21, 2010 Super User Posted August 21, 2010 Well, if you want to put on a show for 3"-7" smallies you can't go wrong Quote
Super User Hammer 4 Posted August 21, 2010 Super User Posted August 21, 2010 Well, if you get one post up a review. It looks hokey to me. I agree. They are calling it a "JERK" BAIT, NOT A SWIMBAIT.. Quote
=Matt 5.0= Posted August 21, 2010 Posted August 21, 2010 If you want a swimbait for quality smallmouth, look no further than the BBZ... just my opinion... Quote
Super User Big Bait Fishing Posted August 21, 2010 Super User Posted August 21, 2010 the only thing i would buy from them is that lip-gripper , looks pretty good ...... Quote
Super User iceintheveins Posted August 21, 2010 Author Super User Posted August 21, 2010 I have the lip gripper and it works great. The HD trout was catching 2 - 3 pound smallies last time I used it, and that's in a river with tons of 3" - 10" smallies. Quote

Super User iceintheveins Posted August 25, 2010 Author Super User Posted August 25, 2010 Giving that I recently had a pike drive a saltwater sized treble into my left ring finger, and having to spend $680 at the emergency room to have it removed, I won't even lip a bass that has a mouth full of trebles, I use the gripper.
