hookingem Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 went to an academy sports and outdoors today and bought a few of their lures. They look awesome! Just like lucky crafts. How do they fish anyone have any expeirence with them? Quote
Blue Streak Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 They are very good baits for the price. They are well built and durable and they catch bass. They are not quite Lucky Crafts though. Quote
hookingem Posted August 20, 2010 Author Posted August 20, 2010 Yeah they look like quality baits! I bought one of their frogs as well for 2.99 I figured what the heck. In va we. Don't have an academy and I figured if someone could give them some backing I might purchase a few more before we leave texas. Quote
MattinOK Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 I've had great success with their hardbaits. I also like their hooks, line, and even bait casters... Quote
CRANKSTER Posted August 21, 2010 Posted August 21, 2010 Most of my cranks have been replaced with the H2O's. All of them I have bought have pretty sharp hooks and run true straight out of the box. Their frogs on the other hand, have been a headache lol. Quote
hitchhiker Posted August 21, 2010 Posted August 21, 2010 I like them, and at their price point it makes it easier to throw a crank into cover where there is a good possibility of not getting it back. Quote
Super User Gatorbassman Posted August 21, 2010 Super User Posted August 21, 2010 H20 cranks are just about all I use anymore. I'm afraid to count how many I have. lol They are quality at an awesome price. There frogs are OK... I little harder to walk than the Spro Bronzeye frog. Quote
hookingem Posted August 21, 2010 Author Posted August 21, 2010 Hmm interesting sounds like I may need to purchase a few more of their baits while I'm down in the lone star state. Do they have a model that dives deeper than 8 to 14 ft? Thanks for all the feedback! Quote

Skeet22 Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 They started making jigs also. I have not fished them yet but they look like very good quality. Quote
Vinny Chase Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 This is one of the best looking cranks i have ever seen. I live in MN, when are they going to do online purchases!?!?! Quote
hookingem Posted August 23, 2010 Author Posted August 23, 2010 I just wish we had academy in Va rage products were on sale for 2.88$ and those cranks are all under 4$ and look amazing. Needless to say i had to ship a box back to va insured for 200 dollars.... :-? Quote
DBatey Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 I love their shallow clone of the RC 1.5. The only thing missing is a model that does not rattle. I use the H20 any time i want the rattle and a real RC when I don't. I had a 4 fish limit over 18 lbs two years ago on one of them in a local tournament, and I have been convinced of its worth since then. Quote
