I'm updated. It's a good update so far. Nothing major other then appearance but we do have a flashlight now. That's my favorite part. On a side note. I'm an Apple guy and I hate the iphone 5. It's got minor improvements over the 4s but nothing spectacular really other then the camera. THE BATTERY LIFE IS THE WORST OF ANY IPHONE I'VE OWNED. This is a huge complaint from many many people. The 5s makes no mention of this. Actually read the new iOS makes it worse. I would of gladly stuck with my 4s had I known this before hand. The 5s isn't a huge improvement over the 5 either. The 5 to 5s is like the 4 to 4s. The only reason I ever upgrade is because I can sell my old iphone for what it costs to get the newest version.

My sister has the S4 and her phone is constantly dying everyone I know with an S3/4 always has them plugged in charging. My iPhone 4 is ok if I don't go crazy on it but I've been doing nothing at work lately so I seriously sit on my phone for 12-16hrs a day playing games or watching flukes you tube channel. Doing that stuff killed mine fast. Ill have the 5s either tomorrow or over the weekend just gotta find time to go get it.

Looking on the apple site about the 5s I thought it mentioned something about battery life increase. The one feature I'm looking forward to is the finger print scanner hopefully it works good. My son who is only 4 has figured out to watch me put in my passlock and can unlock my phone or even my nephews with the patterns he follows the finger smudge hes a smart little **** lol. If he can do it so an other people which they do and I work with pranksters who well don't dare leave your phone around unlocked you will have not so nice picture back grounds and your Facebook status will be well use your imagination. Not to mention the crazy women who go threw there men's phones with the 5s all that will stop.

It took me 40 minutes to download. I noticed the new OS is much more snappier. New color scheme and faster response are what standing out so far. Haven't had chance see how new notification layout goes. My work email and calendar are tied to my phone, so I should be testing those redesign today.

Edit: I also noticed you can go back a page on internet by swiping. Just like on touchpad on the MacBooks.

Their servers were getting smashed last night.  I started my d'load around 6:30pm(CDT) last night and when it first started it said there was 20 hours remaining, then it went to 17 hour, then to 39 hours, then to 35 hours, then to 86 HOURS!....Then finally it went down to 9 hours and then made it about halfway on the progress bar and all the way down to 9 minutes remaining, only to shoot back up to 2 hour and then 3 hours right before I went to bed around 11pm...My daughter woke me up around 1am and I noticed my phone said the update was not available at this time.  So I got her calmed back down and I started the d'load again, only to find out it was almost done and started installing shortly after.

It's a nice shiny new interface, but there really isn't much different about it.  I do like the new command center or whatever it's called where you can turn off your BT, WiFi, and such without having to go into settings, but Android has had that for a while now so Apple is just now catching on with that.  I don't like the new tan/peach/flesh/whatever colored folders.  Makes it kind of hard to see what apps you have in each one.  iRadio is kinda cool, and works better than Pandora IMO.

I close everything out after I'm done using it. There's never any open apps in the background. Heck I delete messages and numbers as soon as I'm done sending/calling

How do you do that now on the iOS7? before it was a double click of the home button, press and hold the app and they start to shake. Now it doesn't do it.

The folder color is based on your background image.

Yeah, I realize that now.  My background is a picture of my daughter's feet when she was born, hence why my folders are peach/pink colored...

Killing apps is more cumbersome than it used to be.  It's a little slow to respond to the home button, but that's more a function of their "fade in/out" look.  Otherwise, It's same old same old. Works fine.

You know that you can kill three apps at a time with a three finger swipe up right? A lot faster if you ask me. No more having to make the icons wiggle and trying to hit the ones you any to kill and not hitting the ones you don't.
