Hey i have been fishing some craws on a shakey head and I was wondering whats everyone's favorite craw they use?

I might be in the minority here but the Powerteam Lures 3.5" Craw D'Oeuvre is no joke!  Just saying.......

I like chigger craws. Rage tails are a rip off.

The craw fatty is pretty cool too.

If by rip off, you mean, they give you the best action of any craw on the market, then yeah, total rip off. Enjoy your chigger fatties or whatever China made crap you're runnin'.

Love the Rage tails.  My only problem is that eveything in the water seems to want to take a peck at them.  For bass and pike, that usually means pulling in a fish.  But the sunnies seem to want to have a go at them as well, which usually ends up in having a one-clawed lure...

I'm pretty sure I caught more fish this year on Rage tails than any other single bait in my arsenal.

I like the Zoom Speed craw or little critter craw an a football shakey.

I don't use the word rip off at all but I would much prefer any powerbait product over ragetail- through trial and error.

Another vote for chigger craw all the way to the 5inch model.

Gave the ragetails the college try and just did not have the results some seem to have.

I have had good luck with the Chigger Craw. A close second would be Culprit's IncrediCraw.

My vote is for the Culprit incredicraw, love them. It has a fat body perfect for a shakey head, kinda like how bobby and RW showed how to rig the megatube.

I been using them texas rigged with a 3/16 oz wieght. They are pretty druable too, I have caught 5 fish 15" or bigger on the same one the last outing, without losing a antena, claw or leg. It is a little worse for wear but I flipped it over and keep using it. You can also cut the antena to give a sublter look

The zoom ultravibe speed is decent, a little smallish to me.

The few I still want to try are the powerteams and the big bite bait swimming craw and real deal craw. My buddy likes the Havoc craw fatty.

It is the same thing with senkos that catch a fish every cast. The hype is greater the actual results in many cases but hey that is how tackle companies make money right. There is always something cheaper and just as effective the question is do you want to catch fish have more $ in your wallet or be with the "in" crowd and catch fish. LOL I don't follow the sheeple man.The funny thing is the people that defend a brand tooth and nail, like it is a choice that is life or death......man it is just fishing stuff what really does it matter.

That's my fishing year in a nutshell,I have spent lots of money on these baits that catch me instead of fish! Then I end up tying on a zoom

Product old school I guess and catching some fish! One day I will learn that if my tackle box has zoom in I will catch some fish!

I guess Im a sheeple too. I love rage craws and baby craws. I also fish chigger craws for a subtler action. Z man speed craws are super tough with decent action, and they float which is cool. Incredicraws are my f-rig bait of choice.

I can't afford to spend more and get less when fish rip the hell out of all the craws I throw, I know they have a great action, but they probably spend as much on the packaging as they do the product.

Put Rage Craws in a zoom bag and they'd be cheaper.

Depends on if you want a lot of action or not.

Lot of action rage craws are great.  More subtle action I like chigger cras and PTL craws.

I like paca craws when I want a craw with action................and yes I am a big strike king fan, but I like the paca craws better than the rage craws. Just my personal taste, nothing against the rage craw.

I used to like the GYCB craws for the times a more subtle approach was called for, but man do the rock bass and bluegills ever tear them up, so much so it was getting very cost prohibitive to use them as often as I would like. So I "tried" the zoom critter craws to attempt to get a little more bang for my buck, and so far so good. They work just as well, and are far FAR more durable, not to mention easier on the wallet.

Yum Craw Papi is where it's at for a shakyhead craw. Very thin claws flap all over with very little movement. Zman Flappin craws are great too because the claws float up at rest and move all over even while you aren't moving the bait.

Zoom Ultravibe Speed craws, C-rigged, T-rigged, and as jig trailers.
