Super User slonezp Posted September 13, 2013 Super User Posted September 13, 2013 We had an outbreak of waterspouts today on Lake Michigan that went from Kenosha WI south to the northern Chicago burbs. I was on an inland lake approx. 1/2hr west of Lake Michigan when the front came thru. The wind abruptly changed direction from west to north and the air temp dropped maybe 10* http://www.myfoxchicago.com/story/23418561/severe-weather-warnings-waterspouts-along-shoreline http://youtu.be/Z4mVsa-t3-k Quote

Helluva_Engineer Posted September 17, 2013 Posted September 17, 2013 The question is......how do water spouts effect the fishing? Best tuna fishing I ever experienced was after a water spout went thru the spot we were fishing. Waited a couple of minutes and went back over the grounds. Quote
