Fishing Cowgirl Posted September 9, 2013 Posted September 9, 2013 Yes, I pair it with a Rage Tail Space Monkey as a trailer. Quote
KyakR Posted September 24, 2013 Posted September 24, 2013 They're my go-to in late fall......Rage craw trailer for me. I like the smaller ones for finesse fishing. Just ordered some of the new cam head jigs (PS). Anybody try those? 1 Quote
aceman387 Posted September 24, 2013 Posted September 24, 2013 I never heard of cam head jigs. Where did you order them from? Quote
Super User bigbill Posted September 24, 2013 Author Super User Posted September 24, 2013 It was in the 30's here this morning, soon I'll be hugging the Woodstove if this keeps up. I'll be fishing in my insulated hunting camp. I put on the rage trailers and the jigs are ready to go. Quote
aceman387 Posted September 24, 2013 Posted September 24, 2013 Yikes thats cold! Pretty soon all us will be dressed up like the kid in the christmas story movie who can't put his arms down to his sides...lol. Quote
KyakR Posted September 24, 2013 Posted September 24, 2013 Oops. I got mine on ***........Perfect Strike Alpha jigs Quote
aceman387 Posted September 24, 2013 Posted September 24, 2013 Well, I mighta mispronounced......"cammed head." Bo James designed a jighead with angles (cams) on the sides. Also he split the brush guard into two groups on either side of the head. This jig lands upright, so I'm told (with a trailer on? Hm. We'll see!) Also, a good case is made for the guards rotating the hook into the roof of the bass' mouth. The original name was ***....there's actually a review on here. I've never tried any, but I can't wait! I was confused by the name. I think you will love those jigs.I researched them during the winter and i couldn't find anything bad about them.I almost bought some but i have so much tackle inventory lying around (soft plastic, jig junkie) i was afraid i wouldn't get around to trying them...lol. Super User bigbill Posted September 24, 2013 Author Super User Posted September 24, 2013 I searched for cam head jigs and she is correct they do have them. I been ordering more jigs from Mike Siebert but all different ones. My plan is to have an assortment of every style of jig he offers in all weights and colors too. I just places another order for the storm jigs. Quote
