This is very ugly.

I have switched back to the Nat geo wild channel to watch the 1st annual Fish Bowl.

Just a fishbowl on a table for 4 hours. And commercials.

Oops. There goes the shut out Tom.

Just wanna say. I told y'all at the start of the season Denver wouldn't win the super bowl this year. Looks like Ol' Raider called it!

However, I also predicted Oakland to go all the way too. :(

Closely contested - this game is not.

The Denver Broncos have been on the losing end of 2 of the top 5 most lopsided games in NFL history.

Looks like they are about to add to that most prestigious record.

Ouch.

Sooooo Sweeeeet. So glad they blew them outa the water. I believe if it had been close one they would of have downgraded their win. Was looking for a close one but loved the blow out.

There was no question in my mind the 'Hawks would win in convincing factor.  In fact, I even predicted a safety and a touchdown return by Percy Harvin.  But I did get the score wrong.  I predicted 42-23.

I knew the pundits who bet against them, didn't know the Hawks.  They didn't give enough credit to the offense.  They didn't give enough credit to the special teams.  And they didn't give enough respect to the defense.  In fact, anyone who thought they wouldn't win, just didn't know them well enough.

Well now they do.

This city has erupted in to a gigantic celebration!  Fireworks can be heard everywhere.  Horns are honking.  People are in the streets cheering.  Strangers are hugging each other. It's absolutely fantastic!

Words cannot describe it.  I can only say FINALLY!  It's been 34 years since a championship came to Seattle (NBA).  This city was ripe for a championship, and now the Lombardi Trophy is coming to Seattle!!!

GO HAWKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you. I've been a fan since 1976. I always wondered how this would feel. Now I know.

Congratulations to the Seahawks and the city of Seattle. I always liked the Seahawks (except in the 2005 Superbowl when they played the Steelers as I am Steelers fan). I am happy for them and the city.

Just think, the fans of the Seahawks in Washington can celebrate with a nice canibus treat and the fans of the Broncos in Colorado can console their sorrows with the same canibus treats. These two states knew their team was headed to the big game and voted to help their fans in the aftermath (in victory or defeat). Very prophetic if you ask me.

I enjoyed the game.

Love seeing a Manning go down.

Peyton has the same injury that ended LSU and the Colts' Bert Jones career.

I heard Bert discuss his neck injury and that the doctors told him to hang it up.  Looks like medicine has advanced far since  Bert was injured to allow Peyton to continue playing.

And remember, Nickie Satan at Bamasux was probably getting indigestion watching Pete Carroll win the big one in the NFL where Satan was a failure. All the money in the world can't put your name on the biggest and best trophy in all of sports.

OK, ready to get ready for next year and as Glenn said, who will be the Raiders QB?  After last night I vote for Joe Namath. He looked good flipping the coin each time.

i will be the first to admit i didn't hink the seahawks would win let alone in this fashion.  The refs let them play and that came into the favor of hte physical players on the seahawks defense.  The broncos defens actually did a pretty good job keeping lynch bottled up but they had no answer to the seattle defensive schemes.

As always with Eagles fans, like i am, i can hope for next year....and of course we get to play seattle but at least it is at home.

Congrats to all the seahawks fans and Sherman is high up on my list of favorite players not wearing an Eagles uniform :)
