Super User Catt Posted September 3, 2013 Super User Posted September 3, 2013 Clemson & Georgia are both strong 2 loss teams! A&M has explosive offense but questionable defense. Bama punked VT! Les needs to let Cam call 100% of the plays! SEC champion will be your National Champion! Quote
aquaholic Posted September 3, 2013 Posted September 3, 2013 I missed that game. What did johny "football" do that makes you say that? I missed that game. What did johny "football" do that makes you say that? just a piece of it. As he was walking off the field his coach was talking to him and he just kept walking with out even acknowledging him. He was fake signing auto graphs when he first came out. Just basically being a total dbag which i think is why he got benched in the 2nd. Quote
Super User Sam Posted September 3, 2013 Author Super User Posted September 3, 2013 And don't forget the "money signs" he made with his fingers. He had a good half against a poor team. Just wait. The big, bad SEC teams are just salivating to get at him. Alabama, Ole Miss, Arkansas and LSU are looking forward to Mr. Johnny Money. By the way, rumors are prevalent around the SEC that the guy who held Cam Newton's $80,000 is also holding Johnny Money's funds. Just saying this may or may not be true. Quote

Super User roadwarrior Posted September 22, 2013 Super User Posted September 22, 2013 The SEC has been dramatically improved by their acquisition of the Big Twelve teams. Texas A & M will be a HUGE competitor for at least the next two years. Going forward, Missouri will dominate! Quote

Super User 00 mod Posted September 22, 2013 Super User Posted September 22, 2013 How ya feeling, Jeff? I am on suicide watch. That was just despicable. Ark having a 17pt lead and to give it up like that(kick 6 and a td on 4th and 12) just took the wind out of Ark. That is why you play the game, but I still don't like it. After all, I AM an Arkansas fan, I should be used to this! Jeff Quote

I won't go so far as to say that I'm a Rutgers fan but it is nice to see them finally making a bit of noise nationally. Just makes it better to be at the expense of the SEC As a GT fan, I also know very well that feeling of giving away games Quote
Super User Sam Posted September 22, 2013 Author Super User Posted September 22, 2013 Gumbo & LSU football Bought a dozen boiled crabs and had a blast watching the game as I consumed each one. Still looks like Miles is keeping Spitfire under wraps. Maybe the Fighting Tigers will let it all out this coming Saturday against Jawja. And I will be fishing in a tournament this Saturday so I will tape the game. Bummer. Quote
Super User Catt Posted September 23, 2013 Super User Posted September 23, 2013 ROOOOLLLL TIDE!!! Nuff said! TIGER BAIT Texas calling Nickie anyway! Quote
Super User Sam Posted September 24, 2013 Author Super User Posted September 24, 2013 Wouldn't it be a blast to have Satan walk out on Bamasux and go to Texass for the prestige and money? Highest ranked college for football head coaching jobs. And a challenge to bring the Longhorns back to glory. The current Sports Illustrated article may be the proximate cause of the NCAA investigation and maybe some stiff penalties against the Tide. Time will tell. Geaux Tigers! Quote

I know LSWho fans were salivating when they heard that story! As much as I don't want that to happen, in this day & age, it would not shock me! He has said he wasn't going somewhere before and then did. Now...until that happens...ROLL TIDE!! Quote

I heard about that on the local sports radio. Not a good sign for OU fans. He just flat out wins wherever he goes. Cheating or not, I'm not saying he does, but the guy knows how to win. I don't blame an LSU fan for wanting him gone. Y'all were never worth a dime until he came along, and you haven't been worth a dime since. BTW, don't give me some random stats about this that or the other like you guys try to do. BCS championships are all that matter and without him, you have as many as I do as a head coach. BTW, Miles won with Sabans recruits so don't try to give the mad hatter the credit. Quote
SDoolittle Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 BTW, Miles won with Sabans recruits so don't try to give the mad hatter the credit. That was one of the strangest seasons of college football in recent memory. The #2 team lost 7 weeks in a row that year if I recall correctly. I really don't think there was a team in the country that was deserving of the crystal football. Most of the top teams had two losses, and frankly, none of them were very good. Any one of about a half dozen teams could have beaten Ohio State. They should have just cancelled the BCS National Championship game. Quote
Super User Catt Posted September 25, 2013 Super User Posted September 25, 2013 2004 Saban was 9-3 @ LSU 2005 Miles was 11-2 2006 Miles was 11-2 2007 Miles was 11-2 All you proved is Saban could not win with his own players! Quote

SDoolittle Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 How many championships do you think LSU would have won if Saban wouldn't have left? That's an interesting question, and all we can really do is guess, but one must assume that LSU would win more championships if they were playing for Saban than they have won playing against him.
