Lost It

I completly lost it today with my ex and her family.

Now me and my ex have been getting along acting civil for the kids sake as of lately but today I completly freaked which was just a snow ball of other things that has been happening though the others I find funny.

Ill start from the begging on Friday my ex found out she had missed court that day for the welfare fraud case against her. Monday she was arrested for it faced jail time because she was claiming she had custody of the kids and that I wasn't paying child support well in fact I had the kids and she wasn't paying. All well working full time and collecting benefits so they kinda frown upon that.

Well mommy and daddy tk te rescue for her paid back all that aid money to bail her out and save her skin then turned around and had te nerve to tell me they are gonna sue me for the money to save her hide.....uhm no I'm sorry your daughter spent 53 thousand dollars of mine well I was deployed on her and her little boy toy then never paid me any child support let alone even came to see her kids for a few months and you expect to sue me for the money she stole from the government yeah ok.

So then they went on to say all this other stuff about sueing me for custody of my boys as well and this that and everything else an demanding that I let my ex give her Puerto Rican baby MY last name because its a discrace to the family and people will know its from a different father....sorry the kids tan will give that away my kids are Casper white with bright blue eyes and blonde hair.

So what set me off today the other stuff above just irritates me but this morning my youngest falls down a flight of stairs into the basement!!!! This happens at 4am for in the fricken morning! My kids do not get up at 4am but they spent the night there because my ex needed a "break" from the kids and I'm on orders 3 hrs away and was at work. Well my ex mother in law got the boys up at 4 because she had to go out to the horse barn why she just didnt let them sleep is beyond me but it is what it is.

Well she puts them on their bikes to ride in the garage well she goes out to the barn...my 2 year old rode his bike down cement stairs into the basement! And they were to worried about their phones beig tapped and unsecure tey didn't call or tell anyone for fear of child abuse. I just found out maybe a hour and a half ago from my ex who also just found out.

My ex sent me pictures and her family freaked out that it will go viral and they will loose the boys. d**n right your gonna loose the boys because I'm not letting my kids go there with out me again. So when my ex called and was telling me this and sending me pics of my 2 year olds black and blue scraped up face I go off on the other end of te phone. My 20year old nephew is in the back ground playing doctor saying he's not blacking out he's fine well I'm sure you have an imagination about what I was yellin threw the phone at his punk arse and blacking out.

Ya know I've been having the worst luck and I shrug most it off an dont really care. My ex cheated on me spent my life savings an put me in such a hole it's not even funny all of which big deal wife eh get a new girl, money yeah it sucks but I will make more money, debt sucks again but ill make more money. but mess with my kids well being and I go nuts.

Dangit boy. That's horrible. Before I begin let me just say I offered to rectify that situation for you while you were away, for half price none the less. But you said noooo.

Anyway. Lawyer up on them. I wouldn't put up with that garbage for one bleeding minute. I ain't talking about some ambulance chaser. Go get yourself one of them 6 figure attorneys. Then turn him/her loose on them and bury them. How they gonna threaten to sue you? Show them what a lawsuit is really about! Hit them with neglect, willful endangerment, theft, whatever. I'd sus the ex too. Make their life absolute hell. Then when they're broke living in the street in a box, I'd walk buy and tick on them just for the added insult.

Come on now! Give in to that hatred you so justly feel.

Now I'm going back to watching my lawyer show.

And a friendly word of advice that you can take it for exactly what you paid for it.....given you will probably have litigation at some point I would refrain from venting in online forums, facebook, twitter etc....you would be amazed on what can be brought up and found and held against you at a later time as innocent as it may first seem.

Good advice.  I know BR is a good place to vent, but you've posted a lot of personal stuff up here.  Those of us who frequent the forums know you're a stand-up dude, but someone who is looking to defame your character might use stuff like this to show you're a drama queen with a short temper that might put his children in danger.  I know it seems far fetched, but better safe than sorry.  Public forms aren't the place for private problems (especially problems that might end up in court).  Hope everything works out for you, and hope your boy is alright!

My boy is fine they took him to urgent care after I flipped out and said I was headed home everyone started changing their tune about the situation when I said I was common back into town. Her and her family both will run their mouth ad talk bad about me to my boys and my friends that know them but soon as I'm around its back to kissing I disagree lol. Can't stand people like that

I feel your pain Clayton, I really do. My situation isn't near as bad, but my ex is nuttier than a squirrel turd. She's about as worthless as one too.

This is the COP talking here brother...........for the sake of your kids, for the fact your ex is bat chet crazy, for the fact that they want to sue you........keep this off a public forum. Any decent blood sucker will find you, log on and try and slam you with a defimation (sp) case or use this against you in court. I do this all the time when looking for scum bags!

i feel yalls pain bro!!! my boys mom put me in over 30,000 in debt, got her repoed(in my name of corse), i get my boy all week, n everyother weekend, luckily she moved an hour and half away, she would pop up every once in awhile at his ball games and stuff and try to act like mom of the year. she still tries to do that today. but i sold one of my trucks to try to clear my name of the debt, i even helped her out a little when she was down and out, shes been arrested 2 times for felony bogus checks and tried to beat me up at the gym one night!!! lol so theres an A n B charge, she even got her pic in the local mug shot paper a few times, had her name in the paper in the public records and not for death, birth or marriage!!! felony docket bro! lol but its a mess for real, hell shes a mess, and walks around like nothing ya kno? trying to act like shes something special!!! but either or man, i feel ya bro! keep on keeping on and live them kids for sure!!! they will remember that stuff cz mines 7 and hes already asked how come mom this and how come mom that questions, but im not gonna bad mouth his mom, just tell that she loves him is all and probly busy ya kno. busy getting arrested!!! lol jk jk but hope all you guys are well in your situations and hope they get better!!!

Totally know 1st hand what a crazy woman can do and mess up your life while completely innocent.....trust me it sucks..............Sorry to hear about your situation....glad i know i am not alone.....not the same but similar situation involving a crazy woman.....SUCKS....I feel for you!!
