First off, beautiful place. Second, although the copyright of that pic is 2006, I don't know the location or the time of year. Assuming, its some where down south, that quiet water, screams some sort of floating top water lure.

calm mornings -spooks and other topwaters work but it's hard to beat an original rapala  in such a situation - throw the biggest one you have and fish it slow
