Pieman Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 Another vote for the Chigger Craw. I leave only the last section on. Quote
Super User bigbill Posted August 8, 2010 Super User Posted August 8, 2010 Mister Twister/Mepps 4" split double tail grub. Just try it and i'm sure you'll like it. The 4 tailed grub actually looks like its swimming on a spinnerbait or jig. There cheap too. This trailer comes on the mepps timber doodle and mister twister top props (weedless) so i figured i'd try it on my spinnerbaits. They come in all colors. These two lures are two of my hottest weedless baits too. In the summertime if your not in the weeds your not fishing, thats were the big ones are hiding. Quote
Super User iceintheveins Posted August 9, 2010 Super User Posted August 9, 2010 Mr. Twister Split double tail, BPS triple ripple craw, paca chunk, and Zoom Creepy Crawler. Quote
Super User roadwarrior Posted August 9, 2010 Super User Posted August 9, 2010 I don't know why anyone wouldn't want to spend a few extra cents on the BEST baits, with the BEST action, and catch the better fish, but that's just me. Chunk, Baby Craw, Craw, Lobster... those are the best for for action. For "action" in a jig trailer, no other soft baits compare to Rage Tail: Baby Craw, Craw & Lobster. For more subtle action, GYCB Flappin' Hog is hard to beat. Net Bait Paca Craws are in the same class and I might own every size and color! The Sweet Beaver and Doublewide from Reaction Innovations is another. So, lot of choices, but my "favorite trailer for action" is one of Big O's craw series, hands down. 8-) Quote
matstone7 Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 Any of the Rage Craws pack more action imo. Quote
Big Bass Chaser Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 At rest there are people who believe the Rage Craw has more action than a Crazy Legs Chigger? I'd like to see a youtube of that in someone's fish tank for verification. Quote
NateFollmer Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 Paca craws or Rage craws. Depends on what mood the fish are in. If they want that small profile, I use Paca, any other time the Rage craw is on the jig. Quote
Super User Big Bait Fishing Posted August 9, 2010 Super User Posted August 9, 2010 for small hopping jig presentations on the bottom , a Roboworm Pitchin' Kraw is hard to beat . i like throwing them on an Owner stand up jig Quote
Scorcher214 Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 Rage craws, or chunks. Also, I was wondering if anyone has used a space monkey for a trailer? Quote
