It's too bad cause im finally getting the cash together to get one then this happens. Boo Quote
Siebert Outdoors Posted August 26, 2013 Posted August 26, 2013 Thank you!!! I was looking to buy one and my cousin has. I'll pass this on to him. Quote
Super User SPEEDBEAD. Posted August 26, 2013 Super User Posted August 26, 2013 Had a buddy yesterday that owns a .40 shield tell me about this. He had a rusting issue with it already as well. Needless to say, not really pleased with S&W right now. On a positive note, I still love my m&p's Quote
Brian Needham Posted August 26, 2013 Posted August 26, 2013 insert Glock is superior comment here? just joking, really I am just joking....... someone had to at least joke about it right? Quote
I.rar Posted August 26, 2013 Author Posted August 26, 2013 It seems to be a problem with the latest batch and from what I've seen browsing various forums, it's not widespread. I think I'll still take my chances and get one and just be sure to thoroughly function check it before it I can trust it. Before this, everyone seemed very pleased with theirs, including my cousin. Super User Raider Nation Fisher Posted August 27, 2013 Super User Posted August 27, 2013 insert Glock is superior comment here? just joking, really I am just joking....... someone had to at least joke about it right? Glock is superior. You were correct. Quote
nick76 Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 If nothing else, this will be a great test for S&W to show that not only can they make a great product but also provide great customer service. If they fail on the service portion to fix this issue they will feel it for years. Consumers want no headache dealing with a problem they didn't create. 1 Quote
Super User SPEEDBEAD. Posted August 27, 2013 Super User Posted August 27, 2013 Glock is superior. You were correct. Please, step away from the pipe sir. It has affected your ability to see straight. 2 Quote
