Super User Chris at Tech Posted September 14, 2013 Super User Posted September 14, 2013 We shall see... Then again we knew this wouldn't go anywhere anyway for a variety of reasons. Quote
Super User Catt Posted September 14, 2013 Author Super User Posted September 14, 2013 The statue of limitations has ran out so the NCAA can't touch Miles. Open NCAA investigations 71, 80% will only result in fines paid to the NCAA! NCAA = MONEY Quote
Super User Chris at Tech Posted September 14, 2013 Super User Posted September 14, 2013 And that, Catt, is why nothing will happen. The NCAA can't risk high $$$ programs being punished. How else could we explain why no punishments were handed out for UNC? Let me post this question...if the statue of limitations is up (and I have no idea how that works in the NCAA) but there is strong evidence that Miles was both aware and participated in such activity, do you still want him coaching your team? Would you believe what that man tells you when he's in your living room to recruit your son? Quote

Super User Catt Posted September 14, 2013 Author Super User Posted September 14, 2013 The NCAA is all about keeping their puny control while making as much money as possible. According to the NCAA they had video evidence of Johnny Football signing autographs for money. It turns out the only evidence was of the NCAA selling a A&M helmet for $18,000...with Johnny Footballs signature on it! I would have no problem believing Miles over the NCAA. Quote
