rowyourboat Posted August 16, 2013 Posted August 16, 2013 during the day when dealing with post front confitions - i do well on dropshots and slowly dragged c-rigs. and even senkos... but at night im clueless. i feel like it would be hard for the bass to find a 3" lure in 20 feet of water. what locations and lures do you all lean on when night fishing after a front???????????? Super User MarkH024 Posted August 16, 2013 Super User Posted August 16, 2013 Try fishing something that displaces a lot of water in the same areas you catch fish in the day hours. Spinner baits, wide wobble swimbaits, chatterbaits or plastics with erratic moving appendages. Also dark colors are best as they will produces the best silhouette to the fish. 1 Quote
Mccallister25 Posted August 16, 2013 Posted August 16, 2013 Use darker baits. Black works good. Use the same things at night as you would during the day. The forage doesnt change just because its not light out.. Your baits shouldnt either. Also as Mark stated, use something that displaces a lot of water, maybe some rattles too. Quote
