Hello all, well spent the last 7 days with my son and his family at Table Rock Lake in Missouri. We had the tripped planned for months. We stayed at a resort in the Mill Creek (mid lake area). We did have a great time despite all of the rain. I think the rain helped cool down the water in the creek arms where we did most of our fishing. We caught most of our fish on shakey heads with 4 inch worms and top water.. spooks, buzz baits and the such. Overall it was a great week and here are some photos of  some of the smallies we caught.

Thanks,

Corey

Looks like a fun trip! Were you trying to target smallmouth or they were just mainly what you were catching? My wife and I will be on The Rock Sunday in Aunt's Creek Then around the dam on Monday and Tuesday. I'm sure with the bright, sunny conditions it will be tough but it's always fun to be on the water out there.

I stayed where you stayed this May.  I am hoping I can squeeze a fall trip back down there this year.

We stayed at Mill Creek Resort last year for a week in July. Will definitely be planning another vacation there in the future. Caught plenty of fish in the mornings, and did a lot of relaxing (beer drinking) the rest of the day.
