Mr_Scrogg Posted August 8, 2013 Posted August 8, 2013 Got out to my nemesis lake today, I pitched a Black and Blue Siebert 1st Gen JFrancho jig to every piece of shoreline wood I could find. I did manage one. Lake was Chocolate Milk from all the rain we have been getting, overflowing, blown out pretty much. Back closer to the creek the water color was more like BBQ Sauce!!! I'm sure I wasn't out in the best conditions, hopefully the rain will ease up and let the lakes regain it's clairity. Quote
Super User flyfisher Posted August 8, 2013 Super User Posted August 8, 2013 Yeah it has been raining here seemingly every night and the fishing has been tough to say the least. That is why i have been going after the smaller creeks and rivers targeting smallies and spots on the flows that celar up faster. Quote
