Does anyone have any experience drop shotting in muddy water?

Ike said it would work on one of his videos.  Maybe keeping the bait closer to the weight would work well.  As the weight bumps the bottom it will attract the bass to the bait.

I'd look for a bait that moves a lot on its own.  They have good eyesight but with muddy water extra vibration from a lively bait would help.

At least in my brain it works that way.

Tiny brush hog in black neon has worked well for me in dirty water.

In dirty water I up size the hook and lure.

My favorite right now is a 3/0 EWG with a trick worm. For something with more action may I suggest a Recon worm (ribbon tail) and slowly reel it back consistently.

Also 4" Keitech shads
