I just contacted them about a real that has a bad spool tension know or breaking system and also i have a skeet reese micro guide rod that had a guide break today. Is there customer support any good? Email sent sunday and herd back from them today, they literally told me to cut up the rod so i didnt have to ship such a big expensive box. Not excited about having to pay an extra $30 with it but im getting a new rod and reel. Make sure kf you buy wright mcgill product that you keep your receipt. They do ask for it. I lost mine but had dicks give me a copy. Quote
