Just wanted to let you guys and everyone else reading this that Tackle Warehouse made everything right, what really suprised me was they left me a message asking for me to call so I could explain the issue and they could fix it (they must have read it on here). But everything has been resolved. Ill definitely be ordering from them again

In the time it took you to type out your first post on this subject, you could've banged out a quick email to TW and they would've taken care of it right away.

If you have a problem with a company, it makes more sense to complain to that company, not to a bunch of people on a fishing forum who are incapable of solving your problem.

I've literally ordered hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars worth of tackle from TW and never a single problem.  I think (and hope) that you are the exception to the rule.  I'm sure they will make it right though.  Good luck and sorry you had a bad experience.

they sent you a pm from this web site? or emailed ya or what? that's pretty sweet  didn't realize they cruised the forum looking for complaints..

Sup tackle warehouse dudes and dudettes... I would like it if you all would start carrying the roboworm sourpuss, also I would really like to see a wish list on your site. it sure would make it alot easier to spend all my hard earned money on your site. Thanks and keep up the good work

I have two complaints with TW.

1. Is I wish they had a wish list on the site, so I could add little things that I forget about later when I make a order.

2. Why don't they have a full line store next to my house. ;)

Just ordered a package of tackle from them and they shipped and delivered my goods faster than any other tackle shop I have ever ordered from.  There responses to questions or concerns via e mail are just as fast.  They have made me feel very comfortable shopping with them and I'm sure the bait monkey will lead me back there many times.

I agree. That would be very nice. I think they would make a lot more money off that as well.

Well it's obivious you posted this before you even talked to them. I don't agree with that process at all. Not fair to them. Companies don't need this. If I was them I'd be a little ticked.

If I order during business hours, I don't think i've EVER waited more than an hour or 2 before I had an email confirmation that the shipment was processed.  Only time i've waited longer than that was if it was at night, or the weekend.

Couldn't have said it better. Everyone makes mistakes. Give the company a chance to make it right BEFORE you blast them on a public forum.

Once I had a "bad" experience with TW, I ordered several swimbaits and I was short by one item ( ordered 6 and got 5 ), I e-mailed them and they asked if I wanted a refund or the item, I asked for the item and 3 days later I got it.

Nowdays most of my tackle purchases are for TW, excellent service.

I'm glad you had a good experience with TW. I ordered 6 Booyah jigs year ago and they only gave me 4. I called them up and told them I was missing 2 jigs and the representative wasn't the kindest person to talk to. He didn't apologize to me and he told me they can't send me the other 2 because I lived in Canada. I didn't really care, but was pretty disappointed at the person I talked to. Waited a day or 2, got my refund and instead of giving me what they owed. They were short 2 bucks. Not a big deal so I didn't bothered to ask them for 2 bucks, but 2 bucks missing from a $8 refund is not too great. They messed up twice on me.

I would still order for them because I'm sure they aren't doing all this on purpose, but the shipping to Canada is too expensive. There are better options for me. I would still do business with them if the shipping didn't kill me.

Wow... someone from TW saw my post and they sent me an email with a sincere apology and wanting to make things right for me. Great work...

I have had one thing that ticked me off.

I have spent 0ver a grand there this year and i made a purchase of 97$ the morning they sent the memorial day sale email out which made me a little sick... so i asked by email if they could apply the sale to my order they said they could but I would have to call, not send an email. I was like ok? cause of my location it is hard for me to call during business hours.

The email I sent was a response to my order confirmation so they knew all needed information.

I just think they didn't want to give me the discount. and wanted to make me work for it.

I don't like that

But they are still the best and I'll keep buying from them because of it.
