Nice fish! I haven't been fishing for flounder since I moved here, but I want to go. Have you seen flats class? There is an episode from flagler, just south of jacksonville, they hit the flounder hard with z-man paddlers and a jig head. they pull in a 7 pounder. You might enjoy watching that episode.

That's a good eating!

Flounder is probably my favorite eating fish.  Much tastier in northern waters than our southern flounder (called summer flounder).  For me sauteed Dover sole is about as good as it gets.

very nice :D last time i was in sebastian inlet everyone was pulling in doormats

we usually go on flats at night and hit them with forks...just have to judge whether they are keeper size first lol

I don't fish for them but every now and then I'll catch one in the surf or the ICW, they hit artificials for sure.

Sebastian Inlet is the place to be when the bite is on.

That is what I hear too. It is nice pretty shallow and good visibility from what I saw.
