Mccallister25 Posted July 8, 2013 Posted July 8, 2013 I did some shopping at my local BPS today, and picked up some yama kreatures. Does anyone use these? If so, how are you fishing them? Iv seen them on the net, but never being used. I figured Id check them out. Quote
Blues19 Posted July 8, 2013 Posted July 8, 2013 Ive seen them texas rigged on both sides and just dragged and hopped around. I think they look really good with the weight on the skirted side. Quote
NEjitterbugger Posted July 8, 2013 Posted July 8, 2013 I saw those crazy things today lol!!! I haven't used them but I'd imagine a texas rig would do the trick! Quote
Super User WRB Posted July 8, 2013 Super User Posted July 8, 2013 They work when C-rigged or T-rig or as a jig trailer on a plain jig head. Tom Quote
38 Super Fan Posted July 8, 2013 Posted July 8, 2013 I've caught a few simply using them as a jig trailer. They work! Quote
Will Wetline Posted July 8, 2013 Posted July 8, 2013 I've got great faith in GYCB baits so I bought a pack of Kreatures this season. Not surprisingly, they produced smallmouth for me, T-rigged. Am thinking that the GYCB 5" Hula Grub will do the same thing at a lesser price. Quote

bman310 Posted July 8, 2013 Posted July 8, 2013 I've been using the Yamamoto Kreatures for a couple of years now. I fish very heavy pressured city lakes and they work great for me!I normally throw them Texas rigged using an Owner 4/0 twistlock and an 1/8 or 3/16 tungsten weight depending on what the bass want. My best colors are black with blue and green pumpkin. -brian Quote
Mccallister25 Posted July 9, 2013 Author Posted July 9, 2013 Imma try to watch some videos, and read up on some techniques. I appreciate the replies. I would just mess around with em and experiment but I payed about eight and a half bucks for a pack of em!!! Quote
