Smallieslayer2234 Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 Anybody ever fish these while wading creeks? If so how and where did you fish them...also what kind of success did you have? Quote
basscrusher Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 They can be deadly rigged on 1/8 or 3/16 oz Slider or shakey head. If only my local smallmouth hole weren't so snaggy... Quote
Bjreg3 Posted July 6, 2013 Posted July 6, 2013 I Texas rig them with a small split shot 3" up the leader and a lite sliding weight 18-20" farther up. Quote
dmk801 Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 I like to use the powerteamlures lizards. They really work in deep or shallow water rigged any way. great bait all around Quote
duckmaster55 Posted July 24, 2013 Posted July 24, 2013 I like the 6" Zoom lizards more than the 4" ones, i texas rig them with a tungsten weighr. They work great in ponds and lakes with heavy weed cover. I go with the bright green lizard and a gamagatsu worm hook. In my hometown I occasionally go down to the lake outlet creek, I catch smallies with spinnerbaits, if you havent tried them yet, I would throw one. Quote
