i assume what you said was you lost your rod and reel in the water while asking what quantum will do for you. they won't do anything unless you get the reel back.

If whatever it is that you did was your fault, then Quantum probably won't do anything to help you. If it was a manufacture defect, then they should replace it. Try contacting them.

It sounds like you lost the side plate off the reel. The EXO has a poorly placed switch to open the side plate, it's easy to trip by accident. I have no idea what Quantum will do for you.

i made 25 amazing     with  that bad boy , like it was my jod. had it piared with a 68 powwell  MH, AND then it happen!!!!!! my flippin side cae off the EXO.     o ya fell in the lake, say babbye. nort a really happy camper  I do love that powell MAX ! IT WAS SOILID GOLD
