Super User Raider Nation Fisher Posted June 23, 2013 Super User Posted June 23, 2013 Body fat is at 8and some odd percent. Muscle mass is starting to increase. Current weight 245. Calorie intake 4800 a day as of Friday. Mood: I am Death Incarnate!! The three week venture into another realm of supplement eviscerated my body fat. I've switched a flopped a good bit of my supplement intake around now. Caloric intake is now beginning to increase. I have more energy over the course of a day then I know what to do with. The pure raw power when lifting is amazing and phenomenal. Plus I have the libido of a 14 year old boy. Two a day lifting sessions ain't nothing now. I doing 2 lifting sessions and a mild cardio session just to be able to sleep at night. I love this!!!!! Even my new lifting partner is amazed at the transformation. Hell hes right there with me. Homie is at 2percent body fat and getting bigger everyday. Good God, I love weight lifting!!!!!!!! Quote

Super User clayton86 Posted June 24, 2013 Super User Posted June 24, 2013 All iv been doing is 12oz curls lately. I do need to get back to lifting like I was overseas I seen a pic of me last summer when deployed and looking at me now ugh lol. I haven't gotten fat I'm only 3lbs heavier actually probably not cuz none of my clothes fit me they are all to big I'm loosing weight lately sweating on the roof bu iv lost most my muscle mass I want it back. It was nice over seas I could go to the gym when ever and it was a nice gym. Where I live now the closest gym is 40minutes away and working 12hr days before loosing 3 hours in travel time a day makes for long days last thing in my head is going to the gym or even working out at home. I need to find time as much as it sucks I might have to start going to bed earlier and waking up sooner and just working out at home. Quote
Super User flyfisher Posted June 24, 2013 Super User Posted June 24, 2013 And what supplements are you currently using? I was using some of the NO2 stuff before i had my car accident about a month ago and hurt my shoulder but i am going to go back at it hard starting tomorrow. Quote
craww Posted June 24, 2013 Posted June 24, 2013 Curious if you've tried ZMA? I've tried a lot of different things and other than lots of whey and the occasional creatine HCI I'm not big into supps. I got a bottle of cellucor ZMA for free yesterday and so far I'm really impressed. Last night was One of the best nights sleep Ive had in literally years. I actually woke up earlier feeling more refreshed. I've been on a bulk since the 1st of feb and have gained 20lbs, but don't sleep that well at times. With our intense work schedules and heavy training I think zma is a very legit supplement. Don't think the tribulus helps test that much, but it sure makes me horny as a goat, lol. Quote

I quit tribulus a week into this cycle for that exact reason. I have not tried ZMA yet. I'm gonna look it up in a few though. Quote

I was using some of the NO2 stuff before i had my car accident about a month ago and hurt my shoulder but i am going to go back at it hard starting tomorrow. I love NO2. That was the first and probably best Nitric Oxide supplement I've ever used. I'm using plain araganine right now, but will probably go back to NO2 the last 90 days of the cycle. Quote

Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted June 24, 2013 Global Moderator Posted June 24, 2013 I wish I had the motivation. I have access to a very nice free workout facility I walk past when I leave work everyday Something about working until 8 in the morning just takes all your motivation away. If I could just hang onto the motivation I have at 2am I'd be a beast Quote

I know for me i can't do any lifting in teh morning but i can ride my bike and prefer to do weights in the evening. When i am really into it i can't even sleep unless i do some sort of work out in the evening. Quote

I know, I know, I'm just making excuses It's all good. I know i am not a fan of working out super late at night but with my 3 year old not going to bed till around 9:00-9:15 every night i usually work out after and by the time i am done, showered and endorphins lowered enough to sleep it is almost midnight. Then i watch a little TV and fall asleep just to start my day all over again around 6:15 the next morning. It has become somewhat of a routine now though so something feels off when i don't do it. I know, I know, I'm just making excuses I had a job interview once and the office had a gym. It also had shower rooms in the bathrooms. The bosses encouraged the employees to make uses of the weight room to destress employees which in turns made them more attentive to details when working. The recruiter told me they had incentives for employees using the facility. Quote

Smokers have to pay extra also. I wish they did an incentive program for working out too. They tried once but the prizes ended up being company mugs or backpacks Quote

Super User fishinfiend Posted June 29, 2013 Super User Posted June 29, 2013 How are you checking body fat? At 8% there is not much more getting everything right. LolThat's shredded and abs showin without flexing. Good work post pics of your friend also if he is still alive at 2% body fat. Pro body builders do not get that low and when they get to their lowest point they don't stay there long as it is very unhealthy and stressful on body Quote
Goose21 Posted June 29, 2013 Posted June 29, 2013 Great work, gym rat here as well. Not near what I was before family/a one year old happened, but I'm at it 5-6 days a week. 245 @ 8% bf how tall are you? And I'm pretty sure I know what supplement realm you speak of (or maybe I dont). Its great when used responsibly and the gains are amazing. See a lot of you talking about the no supplements, some are great but I've found something that blows them all away when it comes to a skin splitting pump. If anyone is interested pm me. Anyway keep at it! And 2% your boy is pulling your chain! Quote
