River Rat316 Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 I am looking at adding new colors to the Black Series line, the jigs are rubber and silicone, so we are limited only by the color of the rubber available, currently I stock black, brown, and the green pumpkin/pumpkin color for rubber, I am not opposed to stocking other colors, I just haven't found others I actually like. Right now there is glaring holes in the color lineup, I am going to be adding Green Pumpkin Candy, and possibly a Salsa type color (watermelon red and black) is there any other colors you would like to see added? We carry over 150 colors of silicone so there really is no limitations there, just the rubber. And yes we are also having a 4th of July sale, we missed out on Fathers day and Memorial day due to the back log of orders so I will be making it up to you guys in a 4th of July sale! I don't have the details hammered out yet, I have to look at what we have left in stock, see what we can get stocked up on in the short amount of time and all that fun stuff, but it is more than likely going to be a percentage off type sale with some added bonuses thrown in. We should have ALL orders currently in the system shipped out by Wednesday and so it will give us a little time to figure things out for net week!. I really appreciate the loyal support we always get from BR members! Just for a friendly reminder that our jigs do catch big fish, here is a good friend of mine with his new personal best fish, it broke his personal best he caught a couple minutes before this one, both fish were taken on Black Series jigs, and the kicker is this was his first time fishing jigs, some people have all the luck! 2 Quote

Super User rockchalk06 Posted June 23, 2013 Super User Posted June 23, 2013 I think the salsa color will be a hot seller. The salsa is one of my number one producers in the flip n swim and I've ways wanted to make it a Black Series flip n swim. I'll jump all over it. Will the new colors be available in the sale? I'd like to see the money maker craw in a Black Series. How bout something in a chartruse with brown back craw type. That in a crank produces a lot of fish for me. Quote
CPBassFishing Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 I would love to see 3 colors in the black series lineup. 1: Brown Rubber/Blue Craw Silicone 2: Brown Rubber/Watermelon Candy Silicone (purple & green flake, basically a sprayed grass color.) 3. Black Rubber/Chartreuse Silicone (great for muddy water.) Quote
Super User Sam Posted June 23, 2013 Super User Posted June 23, 2013 Black Sapphire with blue flake paired with burgundy threads. Just a suggestion. Quote
Super User kickerfish1 Posted June 23, 2013 Super User Posted June 23, 2013 -Okeechobee craw - Bamabug By far my two favorite colors. Quote

MrSwimJig Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 I have been looking for a jig with watermelon/purple/brown... Yep the Insanity jig is perfect. I use the Net Bait Paca Craw in Alabama Craw. Quote
mnbassman23 Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 Chris you know what I want (facebook). I may have to special order some regardless. If I can get a jig to match this trailer to a T, it's lights out. Quote
The Commodore Posted June 24, 2013 Posted June 24, 2013 Blue Crayfish http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Procambarus_alleni And Okeechobee Craw Quote

If I can get a jig to match this trailer to a T, it's lights out. This is a ridiculously awesome color combo. Similar to okeechobee craw, but a tweak in the blue and adding red flake...I would be extremely happy with anothing involving light blue/brown. Quote

Super User SPEEDBEAD. Posted June 26, 2013 Super User Posted June 26, 2013 Do you do anything like the Green Pumpkin 3D that Booyah has? That is probably my favorite color overall for a jig. Quote

River Rat316 Posted June 26, 2013 Author Posted June 26, 2013 Sorry as good as it gets for Black series because of the limitations of rubber color (sorry for the cell phone pic but I am lazy...lol) Quote
River Rat316 Posted June 26, 2013 Author Posted June 26, 2013 better view, as close as it gets I think 1 Quote

loudcherokee Posted June 27, 2013 Posted June 27, 2013 just checked out your website. Holy crap! I want 2 of everything! lol Quote
Nice_Bass Posted June 27, 2013 Posted June 27, 2013 Seems like you have your natural/dark colors down and that's all I would prefer in that model. From a sales side I would however lighten up the model line and put some white/chartreuse etc. silicone in there for a salt and pepper or crappie look. That could also get some of the sight fisherman to buy some up for next spring. Quote
