Tsiaram Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 I fish in local ponds around the southern va area.... I always use texas rigged worms and that works pretty well, Would casting spoons be a good lure choice in small lakes and ponds? Quote
Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted June 23, 2013 Global Moderator Posted June 23, 2013 Spoons can be very effective at times. I've caught tons of bass casting 1/8-1/4 ounce Little Cleo spoons in ponds. Make sure you use a good swivel so your line doesn't get twisted up bad. Quote
Super User WRB Posted June 23, 2013 Super User Posted June 23, 2013 Take a look at Persuader Lures weedless spoon, good choice weedy areas with some open water pockets. Tom Quote
