thharleyrider Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 I purchased a New Revo Gen 3 Wench in December 2012. I used it once when I noticed the line guide was skinning the line. Sent it to a warranty center and emailed the Abu Garcia customer service. It is now Mid june still havent got my reel back or heard from the customer service center. This has definetely sold me on Diawa, Quantum, or anything but an Abu Garcia. Quote
