Super User roadwarrior Posted June 21, 2010 Super User Posted June 21, 2010 I'm stuck in a rut...The Baby Craw is smokin' 'em! Texas-rigged, #2/0 EWG Offset Worm Hook; 1/8 oz. bullet weight; #6 Yo-Ziri Hybrid on spinning tackle. My best color is still watermelon/red, tipped with JJ's chartreuse. 8-) Quote
bigfruits Posted June 21, 2010 Posted June 21, 2010 tried the green pumpkin color on a green craw bitsy bug for the first time and reeled in 3 decent sized smallies on saturday. only caught 5 total all day so im sold on these things. Quote
DRhodes Posted June 21, 2010 Posted June 21, 2010 I have some on order, so I'm glad to hear the success stories. Quote
Super User Shane J Posted June 21, 2010 Super User Posted June 21, 2010 The Baby Craw is one of the most fish catching baits I've ever used. I love them on a small skirtless jig heads, Tx rigged on a 3/0, or used on a swim jig or Chatterbait. My favorite colors are watermelon red, candy craw, and white, but I'm thinking the Falcon Craw color will be my new favorite when I get some in the Baby size. Deadly little guy! Quote
Big-O Posted June 21, 2010 Posted June 21, 2010 Might better get a cup of coffee.....a sandwich.....and another smoke or two so you can relax a bit....This could take a while. And BTW, better keep a good grip on the wheel...never can tell when you might hit something that trys to wreck the whole thing Big O www.ragetail.com Quote

EastTexasBassin Posted June 21, 2010 Posted June 21, 2010 I like fishing the baby craw on gambler giggy heads, spot removers, or finesse jigs. The baby craw is hard to beat when the bite is tough. It has saved the day for me many times. Quote
catchnm Posted June 22, 2010 Posted June 22, 2010 RW you fish the same setup as me except I use a light baitcaster. Baby Craws will catch fish when the regular sized won't. LOVE 'EM!! Quote
