ghost Posted June 11, 2013 Posted June 11, 2013 I've been wanting one of these since I saw one 4 years ago. Now if you find one new, in box it costs as much as a Zillion Type R. I bought it at its original price. Just need a pair of black Reel Grips and it will be perfect. Had to go and fish the Zillion and caught and landed a bass on the Zillion 50th anniversary! I think I'll be catching more bass on this beautiful reel. 1 Quote
Quillback Posted June 11, 2013 Posted June 11, 2013 Picked one up on sale a few years ago, great reel and the exterior paint is very durable. I mainly use mine for c-rigging, I move the bait with the rod and pick up the slack with the reel, the Zillion does a good job of quickly picking up the slack. Quote
Super User new2BC4bass Posted June 11, 2013 Super User Posted June 11, 2013 Love mine! One of my longest ever casts was with this reel. Got lucky and bought mine a few years ago in like new condition. They are not only a pleasure to use, but to admire as well. A beautiful reel. Congratulations. Quote
Quitlimpin Posted June 11, 2013 Posted June 11, 2013 Congrats on the score. I had to sell mine a couple years ago. It still hurts when I think about it. Quote
